Order Processing

We want to get your new favorites to you as soon as possible.

• Our Hours: We carefully prepare orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
• Timing: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be perfectly packed.
• After Hours: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the very next business day.

Express Shipping

For our neighbors in Metro Manila, we are happy to facilitate same-day pick-ups.

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
• Process: Once payment is confirmed, you may arrange a rider via Lalamove or Grab or any platform of your choice.
• Ready for Pick-up: We’ll let you know when your package is polished and waiting for its journey to you.

Shipping Timeline

The moment your order is beautifully boxed, it is handed over to our couriers.

• Dispatch: Orders ship immediately following our 3-day processing window.
• Transit: Delivery times vary by location, but we do our best to ensure a smooth journey from our studio to your doorstep.

• Tracking Number: An email will be sent to you as soon as your piece is dispatched.
• Timeline: You can begin tracking your package the business day after it leaves us.
• A Quick Tip: Please ensure your email address is correct and check your 'Promotions' or 'Spam' folders just in case our note wanders there.

We offer standard courier delivery at a flat rate of ₱130 within Metro Manila and ₱230 for provincial addresses.

For urgent or flexible timing, you are welcome to arrange an on-demand pickup using your preferred platform. Simply select "Pickup" at checkout; the booking and platform fees will be care of the buyer.

We support secure, direct payment options for your convenience:

• GCash — Swift mobile checkout.
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfer with zero transaction fees if Metrobank or transfer from any major Philippine bank or e-wallet.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

• Condition: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for conditions due to defects. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags fully intact.
• Non-Returnable: Items purchased on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
